Each agent's availability is indicated by a colored disk, and users can initiate calls or transfer calls directly from this interface. Call Management: Users can access detailed call history, including filters for caller name, number, and call type. Information such as call duration, date, and direct links to recorded calls and CRM entries are available for comprehensive tracking. Voicemail and SMS Integration: The dialer includes a voicemail tab with options to listen and respond to messages. SMS functionalities are robust, allowing users to view conversation histories, use predefined templates, and send messages directly from the dial pad. Voicemail Drops: A feature called "voicemail drops" allows users to leave pre-recorded messages on clients' phones, optimizing efficiency by eliminating the need to repeat messages manually. This feature is integrated within the dialing dashboard for ease of use. Call Coaching Tools: Kixie includes call coaching features that allow supervisors to discreetly listen to live calls, join conversations, or provide guidance to agents through a "whisper" mode without the client hearing, enhancing training and quality assurance.
