The JustCall Dashboard is accessed by logging into your account, appearing as the first screen and is also available from the first option on the left-hand corner of the screen. Key features include tracking live, recent, and queued calls, and analyzing outbound, inbound, and missed calls through numeric and graphical representations. The dashboard allows customization and filtering to view specific data sets according to user preferences or team member activities. Additional analytical tools include IVR calls, number analytics, team member analytics, voicemail, call disposition, and business hours, with options to draw deeper insights for admins. Reports can be downloaded and exported in Excel format by clicking the download button, allowing users to view and analyze data offline.
