Beti, a feature within Paycom, allows employees to handle their own payroll, identifying and correcting errors before submission. Common errors employees can fix include missing/duplicate punches, timecard approvals, benefit withholdings changes, expense reimbursements, and incorrect direct deposits. Beti notifies managers of unapproved expenses and PTO, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and allows employees to update their checks with proper salary, commissions, and bonuses. Employees can seek help through the "Ask Here" feature, making payroll management efficient for both employees and the business.
