To invite team members to Guru, click the avatar at the top right and select the option "invite new teammates." Identify subject matter experts and early adopters within the organization, such as colleagues in specific departments like marketing, to invite first. Enter the colleague's email address, assign them to a relevant group (e.g., marketing), and customize the invitation message to encourage participation. After sending the invitation, the status of the invitation can be checked in the team settings page, where additional invitations can also be sent. The team settings page allows for the management of team members, creation of new groups for departments or teams, overview of collections, and identification of admins, facilitating targeted invitations to essential contributors.
