Demo video
- DocHub allows users to collect signatures by adding signature fields to documents and assigning recipients to them. Users can create a sign request and set a signing order or allow simultaneous signing. - Users can customize the email subject and message for the sign request, enable automated reminders, and set an expiration date for the document. The finalized document is sent to designated recipients. - The signing progress can be tracked, and once the document is signed, it cannot be altered. If there's a set signing order, each signer is notified in turn. Once all signatures are collected, all parties are notified. - Users can audit the document to get a detailed record of all actions taken and see available actions for the document from the audit page.
